Before this she worked as Director of Fundraising at Teach First, a national charity focussed on making education fair for all. Vidhu has been a teacher and has worked in banking. Dr Estelle Moore

Estelle has been a member of the Wren Project advisory team since 2021 and formally joined the board in 2022. She is a clinical and forensic psychologist by profession and has spent her career in the NHS primarily working in specialist services. During the pandemic Estelle has chaired the Staff Health & Wellbeing workstream for West London and was an expert member of London’s COVID-19 Workforce Clinical Expert Group.

A member of Estelle’s extended family was diagnosed with MS over 15 years ago, and she has lived alongside the difficulties associated with long-term conditions as a carer for much of her life, particularly experiencing the impact on mental health, wellbeing and resilience. Estelle has found it a privilege to join the Wren Project team. She hopes to be able to sponsor the Wren’s endeavour to reach out to others with confidence in the unique support that someone with similar needs can compassionately offer at times of loneliness or need.
